Many high-rise projects fit six, eight or more apartments on each floor. Nine Zero is planned with just four residences per floor across its three G+33 towers, about 386 homes on roughly 4.5 acres. Here is why that number matters.
More privacy
Fewer neighbours on a floor means fewer shared walls, quieter corridors and fewer doors facing yours. The lobby outside your home feels more like an entrance than a passage.
Better light and ventilation
With four homes per floor, each residence can have more of its walls on the outside of the building. That means more windows, more daylight and better cross-ventilation. Nine Zero’s expansive glazing is planned to make the most of it.
Smoother everyday movement
Fewer homes sharing each lift core usually means shorter waits at peak hours. Wide internal roads and planned entry and exit points keep movement easy across the development.
A more considered community
A limited collection of residences means amenities are shared by fewer people. The central club, pool, fitness studio and landscaped promenade are less crowded, which helps keep them pleasant to use and easier to maintain.
Is low density worth it?
Low-density homes are usually priced above denser projects in the same area. Compare the per sq. ft. rate alongside what you get for it: privacy, light, quieter common areas and a smaller community.
