Nine Zero is in its pre-launch phase. Interested buyers can register an Expression of Interest (EOI) to be considered for the pre-launch price. Here is how the process typically works.

Step 1 — Register your interest

Share your details through the enquiry form. Our team will send you the project presentation, the floor plan and the current price sheet.

Step 2 — Visit the site

We strongly recommend a site visit before you commit. See the site visit guide for a checklist.

Step 3 — Submit the EOI

The indicative EOI / booking amount is ₹5 lakh*. Ask in writing whether the EOI is refundable and on what terms, and get a receipt for every payment.

Step 4 — Allotment

On allotment, 10% of the price is due, less the booking amount already paid. A further 15% is due within 45 days of booking*. After that, payments follow construction milestones.

Documents to keep ready

  • PAN card
  • Aadhaar card or passport
  • Address proof
  • Passport-size photographs
  • Cheque or bank details for the EOI payment
  • For NRIs: passport, visa / OCI and an NRE / NRO account
Important: RERA registration details will be updated upon confirmation. Check the project’s registration status on the Haryana RERA portal before you pay.
